I lost my password. Can you reset it?

No. TorZon does not store passwords in plain text. If you lost your password, you must use your Mnemonic Recovery Phrase (given at registration) to recover the account. If you lost that too, your account and funds are lost forever. We cannot help you. This is a security feature, not a bug.

My deposit hasn't arrived yet.

Monero transactions require 10 confirmations on the blockchain to be considered "safe" by the market. This typically takes 20-30 minutes. If 4 hours have passed, ensure you are not on a phishing site (fake torzon url) and that you sent XMR, not BTC. Check your wallet's transaction ID on a block explorer like XMRChain.net.

Why is the captcha so difficult?

The market is under constant attack from DDoS bots. The rotating clock/circle captchas are designed to be easy for humans but hard for AI scripts. If you keep failing, try requesting a new identity in Tor Browser (Ctrl+Shift+U) to get a fresh IP address.

How do I verify a mirror?

Visit our PGP Page and download the market's public key. On the login page, copy the signed message block. Paste it into your PGP tool and click "Verify". It must say "Good Signature" from "TorZon Admin". If it says "Bad Signature", leave immediately.

What happens if a vendor scams me?

If you are in Escrow, do NOT finalize the order. Click the "Dispute" button. A moderator will join the chat. You will need to provide evidence (or lack thereof). If you Finalized Early (FE), the funds are already gone and cannot be recovered by the admin. Only FE with vendors you trust implicitly.
